(DUMET) (Delhi University Medical/Dental Entrance Test)
University of Delhi (DU) conducts Delhi University Medical Entrance Test for admission into undergraduate medical and dental programs. These programs come under the administration of Faculty of Medical Science of University of Delhi.
Candidates must have a pass in class 12 with a strong background in the science discipline. They must have also learned English language as one of their topics. The schools in which they have finished their education must be located within the national territory of Delhi. Candidates must have scored above 50% marks (40% marks for reserved categories).

DUMET is objective type .Each question will have four answer choices from which the candidate can select the right answer.
Part 1 includes questions from Physics and Chemistry
part II includes questions from Biology.

Through merit list and counseling.
Delhi University Medical/Dental Entrance test score is valid up to one year.
TIPS FOR DUMET :
Candidate concentrate on each section practiced by sample papers and previous year’s question paper for mathematics as more questions will be asked from that section .Study the problems by doing it. Otherwise one will not get enough speed or time for entrance exam as he needs to complete each question within a minute. Study other subjects after completing maths.candidates can make use of coaching centers and sample question papers.
