NMIMS School of Business Management offers Two Year Full Time MBA Core, MBA-Actuarial Science, MBA-Banking, MBA-Capital Market, MBA-HR, MBA-Pharmaceutical Management at Mumbai campus and PGDM at Bengaluru & Hyderabad Campuses.
The test will be conducted in a time frame of 3 months starting from October, allowing choice of two retakes to the students should any of them wish. In such cases, the best of three scores being considered by NMIMS for admissions to MBA Core, MBA-Actuarial Science, MBA-Banking, MBA-Capital Market, MBA-HR, MBA-Pharmaceutical Management at Mumbai campus and PGDM at Bengaluru & Hyderabad Campuses.
The NMAT is a computer based test with three sections – Quantitative Ability, Language Skills and Logical Reasoning.
The NMAT will be offered between October to December. The NMAT is of 120 minutes and will consist of 120 questions. The questions are multiple choice types where the candidate needs to select one of the correct answers. The sections in the NMAT are Quantitative Ability, Language Skills and Logical Reasoning. There will be 0.25 marks deducted for every incorrect answer.

Pearson VUE will carry out the online registration on behalf of NMIMS. Interested candidates have to visit the NMIMS website for online registration. For appearing for Group Discussion & Personal Interview online application has to be duly submitted & payment of registration charges need to be made in any of the prescribed mode within stipulated time.

• The preferences once given cannot be changed later on.
For the candidate based in India at the time of Group Discussion & Personal Interview
If shortlisted, candidate has to appear for Group Discussion & Personal Interview on the scheduled date and time mentioned in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview call letter which will be uploaded on the NMIMS website.
No separate call letter will be mailed.
Note: Group Discussion & Personal Interview for the FT MBA Programmes of Mumbai Campus is conducted in Mumbai .
The final decision of the University is based on the GMAT score, Group Discussion and Personal Interview scores, work experience scores if any along with academic scores.

If shortlisted, the candidates based outside India will be telephonically interviewed at a prefixed date and time. Prior to the telephonic interview the candidate needs to send the hard copies of the following documents :
Statement of Purpose (SOP) : Reason for applying to the Programme , study interests, future career plans, etc.
Letters of Recommendation: Two testimonials are required. Recommendation letters should be from a faculty member / Professional Associate / Referee at the last University you attended as a full time student or from work associates who can comment on your academic potential for post graduate work.

Please note that is the sole responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possess the necessary and requisite qualification for the admission at NMIMS. If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him/ her in the online registration is incorrect, his/her application for the admission to the Programme, even if selected, will stand cancelled and the registration fees or any fee paid thereafter will be forfeited.
The selection criteria is based on merit. The cut-off for deciding the final merit shall lie solely with NMIMS. Also, those candidates who have applied for more than one Programme,in their application forms, their selection will be based on the merit score obtained by them as well as on the availability of the seats. In this regard, the decision of the NMIMS will be final and undisputable and shall be binding on all concerned.
The results of the NMAT will be hosted online on www.nmat.org. The details of the score (in terms of percentiles)obtained in the test will be intimated to all applicants.

Refund of fees in case of Withdrawal /Cancellation of Admission: Withdrawal of admission means voluntary withdrawal by candidate for any reason.

In case of candidates taking more than one attempt the best score which is the total score & its respective sectional score, which make the candidate eligible as per the cut offs which will be declared by NMIMS will be considered for short listing for subsequent process.
